Urban Core
The urban core will be a high-density urban center.  The 110-acre urban core will be a mixed use urban downtown of distiction with quality public spaces, distinctive architecture and a sense of community that will attract people to shop, work, live and play.  It will be a commercial and entertainment center organized around walking streets, plazas and urban parks formed by surrounding buildings and shaded with architectural and tree canopies.

Village Centers
The village centers, to be located on Lake Mead Parkway (72 acres and 1.2 million square feet) and Galleria Parkway (34 acres and 400,000 square feet), are mixtures of retail, offices and institutions that provide convenient, easily accessible shopping in a special place that people can walk to and that creates a feeling of community.  The centers are smaller than the urban core and serve the daily needs of residents in nearby neighborhoods and those from Henderson who arrive by car.

Village center shops will orient onto a small main street with wide shaded pedestian walkways.  The centers will be anchored by grocery stores connected by walking streets and plazas.  Adjacent neighborhoods will be extensions of the village centers.  Stores in the village center will transition into townhouses of a smaller scale where people will live and have their businesses.
