The effort to determine the types of homes to be developed on the property will be led by participating homebuilders. Architectural standards have been developed in close cooperation with the City of Henderson, which sees this project as a unique opportunity to create a urban and suburban landscape.

There will be approximately 14,000 homes ranging from single family homes to apartments, condominiums, and patio homes, providing a broad range of housing options and price ranges for the community.
