The City of Henderson is committed to parks and open spaces along with LandWell's development team. In fact, in 2007, Henderson placed among the top ten cities in the country that are fitness-walker friendly, according to Prevention magazine. This new community's planned parks and trails system will complement the city of Henderson's commitment to recreation.

The property is surrounded by the River Mountain Loop Trails, the Las Vegas Wash and the Henderson Birding Preserve. The entrance to Lake Mead National Recreation area is just minutes away. Golf courses are nearby at both Tuscany and Lake Las Vegas, The community will have more than 500 acres dedicated to parks and open space that will include multi-purpose ball fields, playgrounds, trails and areas to simply enjoy the outdoors.
