Residential Development

Approximately 30,000 residents are expected to live in the community. Housing will include a range of housing from single-family detached homes to the more urbanized attached housing around the community's urban core including town homes, condominiums, lofts and apartments. Residential homes sales are expected to begin in the fall of 2008.
