The LandWell Company provides the essential liaison and coordination between Basic Remediaton Company (BRC), Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP), the City of Henderson, and Clark County. Following restoration of the property and after receiving a release for development by NDEP, each individual home site will be tested prior to home construction. Basic Remediation Company (BRC), a subsidiary of Basic Management Company, will continue to lead the team that will perform the remediation work.
