Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)

In accordance with Notice of Intent (NOI) filed by Basic Remediation Company, contractor will begin installing the proposed measure outlined in the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan 10.32 Mb prepared and submitted to NDEP click here to view SWPPP Map. 

This includes the installation of hay bales, grading of stormwater berms and minor channel grading around the site. 

This work will involve the use of the following equipment:

CAT D8R Dozer
CAT 330 Excavator
Water Trucks (1)
